No. You operate under Goldnova's fully licensed and bonded MC broker authority. This means you can start booking freight immediately without the cost or time of obtaining your own authority, which can take months and significant upfront investment.
Prior freight brokerage or logistics sales experience is strongly preferred. Familiarity with load boards, carrier negotiations, and TMS platforms will help you hit the ground running. However, if you're transitioning from a related field, our onboarding team can provide guidance to get you up to speed quickly.
Commissions are calculated weekly and paid via direct deposit every Friday. You'll receive a detailed breakdown of every load, the gross margin, and your commission percentage. There are no delays, no holdbacks, and no hidden deductions on delivered loads.
Absolutely. Your book of business is yours. You are free to bring your existing shipper relationships and preferred carriers to Goldnova. We'll onboard your carriers into our network and you continue managing those relationships — now backed by our authority and infrastructure.
